Internships
Internships are a great way to gain real world experience while earning university credit. Students may enroll for 3 units (150 total hours) or 6 units (300 total hours). Internship units may substitute for major requirements with department consent or may be taken as elective units. Internships may be paid or unpaid depending upon the employer. It is the student’s responsibility to secure an internship, however the department may provide leads if available. A list of internship employers with which we have a relationship is below. This is not an exhaustive list and your internship need not be from this list. Once secured and approved, the department internship coordinator will provide the necessary paperwork to begin the process.
